The Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) is a non profit volunteer organization that works in conjunction with the USFS, BLM and other land managers to build and maintain trails in Central Oregon. COTA is an IMBA affiliated club, interested in creating, enhancing and preserving trail opportunities for mountain bikers.

    So is most of Sector 16...almost to Swede Ridge shelter.

    Has anyone ridden South Fork? Is it clear?
