The Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) is a non profit volunteer organization that works in conjunction with the USFS, BLM and other land managers to build and maintain trails in Central Oregon. COTA is an IMBA affiliated club, interested in creating, enhancing and preserving trail opportunities for mountain bikers.

    Man, the lower whoops is super improved. And with the rain and cool temps, it is FAST.

    I tried to lap it on Saturday morning (6/7) but there were 40 workers fixing it up. Now I can't wait to see how much better it could be.

    Thanks to the COTA crew for fixing it up. I would definitely ride it before it gets hot.
