Every mile of trail you ride in Central Oregon exists because someone cared enough to give — their time, their muscle, and their financial support.
COTA is a community funded nonprofit. That means we rely on the people who use the trails to fund them.
We steward 600 miles of trails, 5 bike parks, and 14 miles of winter fat bike routes across Central Oregon. Behind every berm and every trail sign is a crew of volunteers, machines, tools, and trained staff — all powered by community donations — from people like YOU!
This year alone, your support made it possible to:
Build 14 new miles of trail from Bend to Cline Butte
Support 22,000+ volunteer hours
Hire seasonal trail builders
Invest in volunteer training, safety, and equipment
But the work never stops. Trails require constant maintenance, advocacy, and stewardship — and that takes resources.
Double Your Impact
Right now, all gifts are matched dollar-for-dollar thanks to $45,000 in matching funds from our Board of Directors. That means your $50 gift becomes $100 for the trails you love.

“These trails belong to all of us — and they sure don’t take care of themselves! They are so epic because so many people in our community care enough to grab a tool, move some dirt, and give back.”
— Emmy Andrews, Executive Director
We’re honored to steward the trails on your behalf. Thank you for your generosity.
