New: Trail Maintenance Coordinator, Central Oregon Trail Alliance

The Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) seeks a positive, resourceful, and experienced Trail Maintenance Coordinator. This position (1) coordinates the operations of COTA’s Redmond and Sisters Chapters, including playing a lead role in trail building and maintenance efforts and (2) implements COTA’s 6-chapter volunteer trail work training program. The job will be a combination of on-trail and off-trail work. Approximately 40% will be on-trail work including designing, building, and maintaining trails and bike parks including leading groups of volunteers. The other 60% will be off trail work including planning, training, managing equipment, and documentation and general office work.
