The BLM, with assistance from Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA), is working to assess the user experience at Horse Ridge and consider adding the trails to its inventory. We intend to receive feedback from all user groups, including but not limited to, hikers, horseback riders, mountain bikers, and runners.
