Yowza, another great Bend Trail Love event in the books. Thank YOU, all 100 wonderful volunteers, who came out to build some awesome new trails. It's awesome to get out and ride the trails you built, and your hard work benefits all (so thanks from everyone else, too). What's new? Ticket to Ride is now a full 6 mile loop from the Welcome Center - mostly green ("easy") with some cool alt lines to mix it up. It's built to accommodate hand cyclers, too. The new gnarly sections of COD are progressing very well (these are time-consuming, back-aching builds). Our sincere appreciation to the following community supporters: Loge Entrada - for your fantastic venue 10 Barrel Brewing - for thirst quenching beer after working the dusty trails Humm Kombucha - for supremely tasty coconut lime kombuchaness Starbucks Westside - for the fortifying cuppa joe to get us going Parrilla Grill - for feeding the masses. Yummo wraps! Raffle swag from the good people at Pine Mountain Sports (+ $10 Pine Bucks for everyone!), Web Cyclery, Project Bike Bend, Sunnyside Sports and a one-hour massage with Monique Council of Bend Massage Studio - you're all fantabulous. ...also... Redmond Trail Love in The Radlands (same day) went very well with a smaller crew, with good progress on Duck & Cover Trail, connecting a portion of it to the Bobber Loop. Our thanks for the great eats provided by New York City Subs in Redmond. Comments are closed.
